Had one of the best frozen coffees and the people that work here are so nice. Definitely give them a five star with a good hard work that they do and so friendly.

I visited the Starbucks located at 9700 Pines Blvd and had a very disappointing experience. The store was dirty, and the counter where drinks were being prepared was extremely disorganized. I stood waiting for more than 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by any associate. When I politely asked if someone could help me, the associate did not respond and simply looked at me with an unfriendly attitude. I was there hoping to spend a fun time with my granddaughter, who was excited to get a cake pop, but unfortunately we decided to leave because of the poor customer service. We then visited the Starbucks located at 11255 Pines Blvd, and the experience was completely different. The store was clean, organized, and all of the associates were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel valued as customers. I highly recommend the Starbucks at 11255 Pines Blvd. They provided excellent customer service and created a pleasant experience for both me and my granddaughter. 💯

I have gone twice to this specific location(inside). First time they took over 10 minutes to give me my 2nd item(2 of 2), which I ordered on the app ahead of time( when I arrived only the 1st item was ready). Second time they gave me a hot drink without the cup wrap and slightly burned the palm of my hand and my daughter's drink had the whipped cream all over the outside of the cup..... At times you just want to order ahead of time and get there, grab and go, unfortunately both times at this location it wasn't the case.

I recently had an amazing experience at my local Starbucks that truly made my day, all thanks to a remarkable barista! I visited the store expecting to order my usual Horchata Matcha, only to find out it was out of stock for the season. I was a bit disappointed, but then this incredible barista went above and beyond to surprise me. He whipped up a delicious Horchata cold foam instead, and that little gesture brought such joy to my day! It's the small details that make all the difference, and he really knows how to bring a smile to his customers’ faces. I wish I could remember his name, but I know he is tall and has dreads. I frequent this Starbucks daily since it’s close to my job, and I wouldn’t trade my barista for anyone else. His attentiveness and creativity make every visit special. I would gladly give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile!

I recently bought an impossible breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks store and did not realized it had green mold. As I found out immediately called the store. The manger first said that it could have been cross contaminated with the previous sandwich. I reemphasize no I can see the fuzzy hairs. He was lost for words and apologized to the convenience. Warning check your food I would hate for anyone to get sick.
